The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grupo Altus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional.
